Description

An advertising brochure by Wood & Nathan Co. as representatives of The Unitype Company for the Unitype One-Man Type Setting Machine. It bears no date, but as it refers to the machine as a "Unitype" it must have been published after 1901 (a different brochure datable to 1901 refers to it by its earlier name, the "Simplex.") Both the Simplex and the Unitype were developments of the Thorne Type Setting Machine. This digital edition was scanned by Stephen O. Saxe from his copy, with additional image preparation by Dr. David M. MacMillan.
